When following the link to accept the license I do only see a SCN Welcome screen
If you see that screen you are probably not yet logged in. Make sure that you login with your SCN account.
I can't login and accept the license because I have no SCN account
You must have an SCN account to use SAP HANA Cloud. Please get an account.
