Issue while creating destinations in Eclipse.

Hi All,

I am following the given tutorial

I am stuck at given steps 4 while creating new destinations within the connectivity tab within server:

Double-click the server and switch to the Connectivity tab.
In the All Destinations section, choose the  New Destination button. Nothing happens and get the given message" you cannot manage destinations due to internal error when trying to get all destinations. Could not execute the REST request to this configuration service"
