Setting up an XS Application, error in privelege

Hi,

I have been trying to set up an XS Application for  HANA on demand cockpit, through Eclipse.

I have followed all the steps here -

SAP HANA Cloud Platform

At step 5 in the above link though, I get the following error.

Operation failed

Repository request failed.

Repository: User is not authorized to execute specified operation;User 'DEV_1S3WPMF317NIRB5EP8XAC5BHS' has no authorization, privilege: 'REPO.READ', package: 'hello'!, code: 40,156, argument:

This is a shared system and I have not got access to the SYSTEM user to grant my user the role, any inputs as to how I can resolve this issue?
