Which User to Login to Application

Hi,

At the Login screen of my HCP xs application, after providing the same user and password I had been using for this cloud instance, I got error of 'Invalid user name or password'.

I checked the validity of the user and password by opening a tunnel to the instance, successfully.

So, my question is why is it that on the Login screen of my app, the same user and password did not work. I must be missing something fundamental.

The error came from https://s1hanaxs.neo.ondemand.com/sap/hana/xs/formLogin/login.xscfunc.
