Pricing model for Customers to consume apps in the cloud

Hello Experts,

Can someone provide in-sight on the pricing model for the customer who would like to purchase an application or an extension developed by the SAP Partners in the HANA cloud platform (HCP)?

Questions around this topic:

1. Do customer need to signup and pay for account in HCP, to consume these applications?

2. How the pricing model is defined between SAP and Partners, when the customers buy an application that was developed by the Partners?
