API to retrieve HCP users with a specific role assigned?

I know this discussion has been around for a while, but maybe there are some changes.

     * Is there Java API or other service to retrieve list of HCP users with a specific role assigned?

     * Is there Java API or other service to retrieve HCP user`s first and last name?
