Not a valid SAP HANA Cloud landscape host: hana.ondemand.com

Hi Experts,

During this week we are having problem connecting to SAP HANA Databases via the Eclipse IDE.

When I try to add a new Cloud System, I get the error:

"Not a valid SAP HANA Cloud landscape host: hana.ondemand.com"

The problem has recently appeared, because until last week I had no trouble connecting to our account.

I tried to connect to my trial account also,  using in this case the "hanatrial.ondemand.com" server,  and I have got the same error.

Since the problem is persisting for several days, I do not think it is a fall of service.

Another possibility is that there have been any recent changes in the public DNS and Hana Cloud servers names now points to a different IP.

Currently, my DNS  resolves "hana.ondemand.com" with the IP address 155.56.210.43, and "hanatrial.ondemand.com" with  155.56.219.22.

This address do not match with the information published in Hana Cloud Platform help service (see the following link):

SAP HANA Cloud Platform

Could you tell me if these are the correct server addresses?

In any case: what alternatives I have to connect?

My Platform is "Eclipse Luna", with Java 7.40 and Windows 7 x64.

I am using a direct connection to Internet without proxies.

I also have checked eclipse network connection preferences and it is configured as "Manual" as it was suggested in other posts.

Hope the detail is sufficient to analyze the issue. Please share your thoughts.

Thanks!
