Database User Password Not Working on HCP

Hi Team,

During the initial configuration of HCP(32 GB started edition) i have created the database user(See attachment)as required and reset the initial password and was working fine.

Now after few days when i am trying to login to the workbench using the credentials its not working.

So i require your help to resolve this.
