Impact of the update of services on Business downtime

Hi,

We have HCP instances with SAP Operational Process Intelligence on HANA.

I would like to know the impact on the Business downtime during update/upgrade of services(SAP Operational Process Intelligence) on HANA.

In specific,

• What all operations would be stalled during the update(ex: database read/write)?
• What is the time lag between 'Inactive' to 'Active' content?
