HCP Cockpit logs

Hi,

does anyone know where I can find logs of actions taken wihin the HCP cockpit. We are interested in logs showing the stopping and starting of services.. mainly date, time and by which user was a service started or stopped over the last 4 weeks.

I can't seem to find anywhere in the cockpit that records this information..
