Hi All,
We have HANA instance in AWS and were able to successfully able to connect to DP agent ( in Redhat Linux instance) using HANA instance IP and SYSTEM user.
Now we have to replicate the same setup for a HCP instance and get SDI working.
We have been given the following credentails for HCP account(sample)-
URL: us1.hana.ondemand.com
Account name: f5q6e458t
user name : abc_xyz@gmail.com
Password : ***********
DATABASE DETAILS
Databases: sapstartups
Database user: ABC_ADMIN1
Database password: ********
We are trying to connect HCP with DP agent using the tool and we have the following details:
Landscape host: us1.hana.ondemand.com
Account name: f5q6e458t
Username : abc_xyz@gmail.com
Password : *********
DATABASE DETAILS
Databases: sapstartups
Database user: ABC_ADMIN1
Database password:********
We have tried to connect to hana server in the DP AGENT tool connection by using following combinations:
(According to the HANA guides the following URL should be used <your_instance_name>.hana.ondemand.com.So we have tried the following entries but are not able to connect.)
Hana hostname (Trial 1): us1.hana.ondemand.com
Hana hostname (Trial 2): sapstartups.us1.hana.ondemand.com
Port : 8000
Hana admin user: ABC_ADMIN1
Hana admin Password: **********
But we are not able to login and we are getting the following error:
(Trial 1) "Failed to connect to HANA server. Request Failed for ADMIN_SET_CONFIG_PROPERTIES
Context: Connection to http://us1.hana.ondemand.com:8000 refused"
(Trial 2) "Failed to connect to HANA server. Request Failed for ADMIN_SET_CONFIG_PROPERTIES
Context: Connection to http://sapstartups.us1.hana.ondemand.com:8000 refused"
We have also tried the same using a Tunnel and used the corresponding IP but it has still not worked.
Kindly help us on this issue as it is critical for us to proceed with the next step of SDI setupp in HCP
Thanks
