Always get the 500 error when to access the HANA Cloud XS application

Hi,

to access the HANA xs application in cloud, I always get the 500 error after the SAML authentication

I have create the role and assign the role to the user p1940003883trial and assing the role to public role, so every body can access.

I tried to get the error log but I suffer the 503 error: Service not avaliable.

How can I processed with this case?
