Cannot stop/start/delete an application

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure this is the right place to address but I don't find any other channel from the SAP Hana Cloud Platform Cockpit.

I have deployed a Java Application, available in my cockpit, which worked last week. Today, I cannot stop it anymore, neither restart, nor delete it. No matter what I am trying to do I get an error message, something like "Could not stop application xyz: Unauthorized (401)".

When trying to access the detail of the application, I navigate automatically back to the overview page listing all the Java Applications...

I can create a second application, but I cannot start it because the other one is still started, so I have no chance to get the second application started.

It's kind of deadlock...

Where should I address this issue?
