Transfer of app to SAP Store and to the client

Hi,

I have another question: How is the communication and transfer betweet the developing partner, the buyer and SAP?!

To cerificate the developed SAP NetWeaver Cloud App I have to send the Java Web Archive WAR-file to SAP or how does it reach the SAP Certification Center? Is there an upload mechanism?

If a client decide to use the developed SAP NetWeaver Cloud App and he will buy it in the SAP Store: How is he able to use it? I will send him the WAR-file and he will install it in his cloud storage himself!? Or does SAP control the transfer and installing - and how?

And after that: What about the oblige customizing - who has to do this setting?
