Create a new HANA instance

Hello,

I'm learning <Introduction of SAP HANA cloud platform> through videos,

Now I'm watching week 3 -> unit 2.

Can anyone help on following question?

How can I create a new HANA instance using trial account by SAP HANA Cloud Cockpit? In HANA instances tab, I can only find the existing instance "Dev", but didn't find where I can create a new one.

Another question is:

If I connect to HANA cloud and choose the instance "Dev" in eclipse, I cannot create new package, it always reports "Not allow to create objects under xxxxxx as you don't have write access to this package".
